Broiled Salmon

Fish Fillet – Fewer Variations for Spices BUT Many More Protein Options

Salmon is recommended here but by no means an only option. Trade salom for red snapper, orange roughy, or any other sturdy fillet.

Once again, it is recommended to take advantage of the bulk shopping at Costco. Buying a fillet or two of salmon and breaking it down into smaller portions results in a HUGE savings.
